That’s why we offer the following warranties:
1 year workmanship: From the closing date we will cover all workmanship issues that result from the construction process for a year.
2 year mechanical: From the closing date we will cover any mechanical issues with your HVAC system or hot water heater that result from the construction process for two years. This includes any issues above routine maintenance.
10 year structural: From the closing date we will cover any structural issues that result from construction for 10 years.
Additional Manufacturer Warranties
10 Year parts only warranty on window leaks and seals due to an error in manufacturing
10 Year parts only warranty on the HVAC system with homeowner registration within 30 days of closing
5 Year parts only warranty on your water heater with homeowner registration within 30 days of closing
1 Year warranty on kitchen appliances through manufacturer- homeowner registration for submitting claims
*Manufacturer warranty claims are submitted after our builder warranty has ended. You will contact the manufacturer directly to pursue any claims. The only exception is the appliance manufacturer’s warranty, which ends one year from your closing date.
